The OpenText Health Check service is, on average, a 5-day engagement, which identifies potential problems in the configuration and use of the OpenText ECM and CCM solutions. As part of this offering, our team will:

  • Check the OpenText solutions’ architecture, implementation, and performance;
  • Assess the system for potential failures or weak points, take a look at missing updates, patches,
  • Talk to IT management, product owners, and support teams.
  • Summarize all findings and recommendations for improvements, required to establish a more optimally configured system, in a written report and present during a live Q&A session.
