Who is a good referral for us?

An organization that is using at least one of the OpenText products we specialize in.
The referral person must be the CEO/Executive Director/Administrator/Project Manager.
The purpose of this form is to initiate the dialogue with you. We can help you determine if a lead is worth exploring and if it isn’t the right fit, we can point you in the right direction

How to refer someone to us?

Personally make the introduction by speaking to the contact either by phone or in-person and letting them know we will be reaching out.
Make an introduction via email by CC’ing us in the email and we will take it from there.
Fill out the form on our website.
We want to make it easy for you to refer others to us. If you know of a way we can bring our message and services to a larger group, we’ll create a marketing campaign to assist in getting the word out — be it a webinar, seminar, mailing or even a special discount for the members of a group you belong to — on our own dime.
Please note: Each submitted lead must be aware of the fact that the participant Is submitting his/ her contact and project-related information to Ecodocx.

What is the referral amount?

After meeting with the company and we determine they are a fit for our service, you will earn a $50 Amazon Gift card as a thank you! But if they become our customer, you’ll get a $500.00 Amazon gift card.

What happens next?

Once you have filled out this form, the submitted information is passed to one of our team members for review.
After the review, one of our team members will contact you to validate the opportunity and to ensure that the correct people are involved.
After checking all the details with you, our team will contact your lead.
Based on the outcome of the opportunity, you will get a reward for becoming an Ecodocx Friend.
